Definitely Bratz. They have really good fashion and it’s high quality too but I struggle to collect dolls without some kind of story/lore/theme/etc. As a side note I quite like the bratzillaz if it weren’t for that poly ah hair and being 1 million dollars for a doll that is… not worth that…

The only other “deluxe” play line Robecca doll we even got was Art Class Robecca and they genuinely thought that THIS DOLL should retail for 20 doll hairs in 2013. So, I’m kind of over the “g3 Robecca looks cheap “narrative bc it’s based on one (1) doll

Pros: if you like Mae tallick there are 30 of her for like 6 dollars
Not paying 50-100 dollars for characters besides Mae Tallick

The new line up for rainbow high. I don’t know what the line is called but it’s a gimmick where you put rhinestones on them like bejeweled in 2005. There is a light pink girl wirh crimped rainbow highlighted hair, a red girl with rainbow highlighted pigtails, a turquoise girl with rainbow highlighted waves, a royal blue girl with half up half down hair with pink stripes, and a purple girl with space buns and highlights of some color.

The new shadow high girls night dolls. We have Natasha Zima in all white, Heather Greyson with her half black half white hair in a black sweat suit, Luna Madison with moon and star metallic grey pjs, and Shanelle Onyx in a fur trimmed black robe.

Genuinely such a crime that rainbow high is still making such BEAUTIFUL DOLLS and then won’t give them the articulation. I would pay 30 dollars to have wrists on these but I guess they needed that money for the gimmick

Hey #dollsky, does anyone know if it’s been confirmed that Jade and Ruby from rainbow high are out of the line up? Unfortunately I think some of the new dolls are cute and I’d love to see Jade and Ruby but it seems like every line is just Amaya, Bella, Sunny, Skylar, and Violet and maybe Iris.

I think… most of them are cute… not naming names on who isn’t… but it is kind of more Monster Middle than Monster High, besides Cleo, who is wearing stuff I would wear as a 20 something lololol

On US Mercari I was seeing her for under 30 usd nib plus maybe 8 dollar shipping. That is under her original retail price iirc. Her pants are hands down my favorite out of any RH/SH doll. She does have metallic nylon tho, hence why I’ve braided it. I’ve changed other things but she keeps the pants!

I also put her on a gold stand (not included unfortunately). Her hair is solidly bleach blond compared to her first release and she has the most beautiful two tone lips, brown fading into a muted red
