It's called the Terran Rebellion because Terrans started it and still make up the bulk of its fighting force. Just ask Smiley; he's been there since Sisko started it thirty years ago.

If you had full reign as Emperor, the Alliance would've genocided the Terrans. Vulcans, Romulans, and Xenexians aren't lesser than Terrans and no Terran believes that speciesist bullshit anymore. In fact, the Terrans contribute the most fighters out of all the species involved.
