Marketing needs you everywhere, but it’s tiring. I try, but in no time I get overwhelmed and disconnect.

I don't know if it would be as quiet here in Spain as it seems for you. Last time I took a train from Madrid to Valencia, a couple decided to stop and talk in the corridor right next to me. It was a bit awkward.

I use weeklyer.com for daily work tasks,
I've cut back on my "indiehacker" hours (excess led to a small burnout),
and I've gotten back to reading a little bit every day (boosts ideas and relaxes the mind)

GitHub can be a good indicator of when burnout starts, and when it’s time to pick up a good book. 9to5 + side can sometimes be too much.

I can't imagine those of you who also have families, my respects.

Having zero motivation and a bit of burnout from side projects isn’t so bad if you can manage it... I’m discarding old ideas that aren’t going anywhere, reviewing the ones I’m working on (some of them I like even more now), and getting back into reading (this helps the most)

I still have this grinder from my parents, it must be 20 years old and still works fantastic.
