It can be long or short, smart or not. It should have to do with what you want to write but the purpose is to dedicate time to your writing and train your mind to make the most of that time.

It doesnt have to be a masterpiece or even good. But you cannot leave your spot until you've written.

Try to just sit with what you need to write. A word doc, pen and paper, a good book, a sweet playlist, whatever. You can write anything. A letter, a poem, what you did today. It can be good or bad. Doesn't matter.

But for the amount of time you are sitting, you cannot leave until you write.
