“Out of evil, much good has come to me. By keeping quiet, repressing nothing, remaining attentive, and hand in hand with that, by accepting reality—taking things as they are, and not as I wanted them to be—by doing all this, rare knowledge has come to me…”

How am I supposed to go a whole week until the next episode of severance comes out THAT WAS INSANE
The art of letting things happen,
action in non-action, letting go of oneself, as taught by Master Eckehart, became a key to me with which I was able to open the door to the " Way". The key is this : we must be able to let things happen in the psyche. -C.G. Jung
“will you read it to me” will you marry me
you know who should be inducted into the rock and roll hall of fame? Sisyphus
A black-and-white illustration features a snake biting its own tail, forming a circular shape (ouroboros symbol). Inside the circle, a person is shown pushing a large spherical object, resembling the myth of Sisyphus. Text within the circle reads: “no time for fuck shit, I’m busy rolling my ball.” The overall tone of the image is humorous yet philosophical.
Wisdom code 11 helped me through a period of immense loss, I hope it can do the same for you ☀️
That’s awful! I had no idea tears could cause an allergic reaction. Though I’m not overly surprised. I’m curious if it’s something in the tears, or if it’s the big emotions causing the reaction? Like when people break out into hives due to stress/anxiety.
I highly recommend washing your face after you cry. I learned to do this in an indigenous studies class & it changed my life.
Thank you so much for sharing! I happen to have that day off 🥰 how perfect !
Yes it’s on Spotify!
The community notes never disappoint
Oooo adding to the reading list right now!! Reminds me of Zhuangazi’s dream of the butterfly!!
Hahah omg I love this, that was definitely me this morning! 😂
Maybe it’s imposter syndrome but I feel as though I still have so much more to learn about the process Jung went through before I can even begin to think about making my own Red Book.
Perhaps I’ll share once I decode it and move through the lessons it brought to me!
All aboard!!
Sounds like a short story I’d want to read! If you remember what it is, send it my way! 🥰
The struggle is REAL
"We cannot change anything unless we accept it.
Condemnation does not liberate, it oppresses. I am the oppressor of the person I condemn." -Carl Jung
This needs to be said, loud, and often.
I’m honestly so confused as to why that seems boring to you haha, I love words of affirmation
I don’t do it because I “have to” I do it because I genuinely feel that way and I love being able to freely express it, and have it reciprocated.
Baldurs Gate 3 😍
If you think you love freedom but you don't care if it applies to everyone, what you actually love is privilege.
“i’ll put it on my list”
I’m intrigued!! Hope to read your novel some day 🥰
Love the dash of Nietzsche & Plato. My first year philosophy prof. insists that Nietzsche is the most misunderstood philosopher of them all!
