Honestly if there's one thing I learned from the last movie it's that the critic's reviews don't necessarily matter when it comes to your personal enjoyment of the film.
I personally really liked the last movie so I'll probably enjoy this one too, but I guess we won't know until we actually watch it

If you're willing to restart, a bit of advice:
As far as I can tell, the 1st and 2nd Miis can't fall in love in the demo; however, the 1st and 3rd Mii can. As soon as the third Mii first walks out of their home, drag the first Mii towards them so they can meet up, and observe them for a bit after.
So what lesson have I learned from all this?
Don't delete the DSi Shop just to see what would happen.
So after a bit of finicking around, I initiated ntrboot/GodMode9i with the DSpico, restored the backup using fwTool (an older tool I believe I used to make the backup; since it didn't have a NO$GBA footer, no other NAND manager would work) and presto; I have a fully functional DSi XL once again!
Luckily for me, I actually had an old backup lying around that, according to the file's creation date, I had made about an hour before I bricked the thing!
In case anyone's wondering, I believe I originally made the backup to mess around with in NO$GBA/melonDS or perhaps some kind of title manager.
For those that are curious; the same day I received the DSpico that I ordered about a few weeks prior, I read up about how the ntrboot exploit also works on DSi systems, and how you can use it to not only hack consoles, but revive bricked ones too; assuming you have a NAND backup for the system.

Recently I actually went and revived my old DSi XL that I bought (and subsequently bricked) like five years ago!
I recently learned about how ntrboot works on DSi systems to unbrick them and, funnily enough, this coincided with me receiving a DSpico in the mail.

Sometimes even cards with the same model number need to use a different driver from one another. I remember having to go through like five different drivers for my particular model Live card before I found one that actually worked.
If it's any help, the culprit is likely your particular set of drivers. PCI Sound Blaster cards are really finicky and typically need a very specific driver to work; the Live series is especially infamous about this.
At least one of them doesn't have vocal chords either, and wouldn't you know it it's the giant glove
Bonus points if you can do the voices yourself. I voice like half of my characters
The same could be said for like 75% of the female cast in CC, actually; whether it's with Alkaline or between themselves
Honestly my prediction is that Shadow chaos controlled them both out of the space station before it exploded, since we see him picking his limiters back up by the very end of the last movie
