My last homebrew. The carbonation in these are a bit hit and miss as I made a boo-boo with the priming, but this one is good in that regard. It's quite bitter, but the bottle conditioning gives a smoothness. Makes me think of @beervana.bsky.social and his comments regarding Belgian canned beers ...
