One of the most difficult things for me when I’m in Tucson for the gem shows is that the shows don’t open until 10 and I’m an early bird and I have nothing to do but sit around in the mornings here. Let me in! I’m ready to spend!

One shitty thing about being back in the us is the coffee. Really missing Indian filter coffee.

I JUST got back to the US and just in the two us airports I was briefly in I heard multiple people using that word. Including people who were at work, speaking to colleagues. Appalling.

Yes, this administration is dangerous and cruel, but they are also shockingly dim and incompetent.

Opportunities are everywhere.

Make everything as hard as possible. Resist every demand. Refuse entry without a warrant. Don’t take the buyout. Their problem solving skills are 📉

A few shots of Chennai today. The carousel at the beach. The heart shaped red light. Bright colored bundles on a truck. A faded picture on a gate.

I think a major survival skill over the next 4 years will be differentiating between what is rage bait from the gov’t meant to upset and distract us, and what is actual legislation that will impact us.

We’re gonna see a lot of the former; don’t let it take all your energy. Save it for the latter.

Personally, I’m out of the country. I’m extremely extremely glad to not be there right this sec.

Climate change keeps getting closer and closer to home. This past weekend Anchorage saw winds that ripped roofs off of houses, and LA has been on fire.

If LA can burn like this, it can really happen anywhere.

It’s too late for things to be like they once were. But the future isn’t written yet.
