Plus, this is without any crazy exercise, just counting calories, and making sure I don't eat *as much* junk. Still *some*, but really trying to resist overdoing it... ^^U
Small bit o' happy news: I finally found motivation a bit ago* to start actually trying to lose weight, and been holding steady below 190 all week - long ways from where I'd like to be, but averaging 1-2 lbs/week isn't bad! ^^ Was somewhere over 200 starting (and was 220 3 years ago... ><)
