Hamas Delegation Meets Head of Egyptian Intelligence STATEMENT (Hamas): A delegation from the movement met with the head of the Egyptian General Intelligence Service to discuss the implementation of the ceasefire agreement and the exchange of prisoners in its various stages. The delegation emphasized the necessity of adhering to all terms of the agreement, immediately moving to begin negotiations for the second phase, opening crossings, and allowing the entry of relief materials into the Gaza Strip without restrictions or conditions. The delegation affirmed the movement's agreement to form a Support Committee composed of independent national figures to manage the Gaza Strip until the completion of Palestinian reconciliation arrangements and the holding of general elections at all levels, including national, presidential, and legislative. The delegation expressed its gratitude and appreciation for Egypt's efforts in the previous period, particularly in countering displacement schemes. It also appreciated the outcomes of the Arab Summit, especially the Gaza reconstruction plan.
