Actually it looks like the publisher was WayForward. They might have licensed the emulator from LRG though? I'm not really clear. Sigma Star Saga DX. Ok clarification time. The game was published by WayForward but they just licensed the Carbon Engine from Limited Run Games. LRG, however, integrated mGBA, presumably without disclosing it to WF, so WF is transitively violating the license. I don't blame them per se, but LRG is 100% absolutely in the wrong here. The game in question is Sigma Star Saga DX, and I have confirmed it uses mGBA by now.
