I’ve been reminded I have this app and with the shitshow things are becoming, maybe I should use it.
So hi! I’m Joyce, a queer Aussie fantasy author who likes writing romantic fantasies set in a queer normative world with arse kicking FMCs.
My current series is this⬇️

I’m now crying into my cuppa and sad I don’t have biscuits to go with my tears and tea. Quen would not be impressed 💜
Flexing my Aussie time zone and am already reading. I’m not ready for this 🥺
Aww no, poor baby.
A photo of a black and white border collie affectionately named Zack by his humans, chasing splashing water in a river. He was a very good boy and had lots of fun.
One happy border collie playing in the river. Zack is happy the weather is getting warmer and we can go swimming more.
At least you’re warning us 🫤

Clearly.
😂😂😂😂 I can see that.
Photo of a pink flowering tree suspected to be either a nectarine or a peach tree. It is growing at a cramp ground in Lane Poole National Park in Western Australia where it is not a native plant. Probably grew from a stone thrown out by a camper years ago.
Just a pretty photo from camping last weekend 🥰
I suspect it’s either a peach or a nectarine, the result of someone tossing a stone into the bush years ago. It looked so striking against the forest background.
You certainly are! Love it.
Serious mushroom envy.
Isn’t it? And it looks like it has a little doorstop as well.
An adorable but probably deadly mushroom with a red top growing peacefully on the side of a mossy tree stump in Lane Poole Reserve, Western Australia.
Camping was a bit of a bust thanks to the weather. At least I had some dry spells to explore in. So have this cute little mushroom.
Sofia is a lovely Aussie author who deserves a follow!
It's the last day for the #NarratessIndieSale and I've pulled together some recs for you! These are either things I've read or things that are on my radar for future reading!
Yes, mine is on the list. I'm biased but I kind of like it 🤣

The cover to a book called Rise of Summer which is the fourth instalment in Wyldthorn Academy by L.K. Shear. It features a glass jar containing flames, on a dark forest background with a border of green leaves.
Received this arc this morning and to say I’m excited is an understatement 😍 I am not ready for this series to end.
Song of Death maybe fits this in the forest sense.
Yep. My last was so smart, and then Zack came along. His sisters aren’t as daft.
All the floof. Zack is all looks, and no brain. He’s lucky he’s a good looking chap, because he’s an embarrassment to border collies everywhere.
How is this comfortable? 🙃
You definitely should be in there!
The old dame and her timid companion, terrified of the world together.
Can’t wait 🥰
Doris and Maisy chilling together.
