Weird train of thought: every year I do my taxes it makes me thankful for everyone who has ever paid me for work or just thrown money at me unprompted (I hate you for that btw). Makes me believe that maybe chasing my dreams isn't as impossible as it seems.

shape design and color theory are probably the two things I lean on the most when making stuff though!

but most of all, try and find what you like to do or visuals you like looking at and try to chase those things in your own work. art is always better when you can feel the passion behind it!!

it's not glamorous or anything but honestly just try and get the fundamentals down. I personally don't do a lot of stuff with layer modes or effects and stuff, its just a lot of pure drawing and painting 😅
