Pushing from her desk, completely oblivious from anything being wrong, his mind was set on the loss of a fighter and how to get all of this back in order. He would have to set things -

- get ready for his date and so he was up and leaving the office early to do so.

On out of his office, he wandered over to Kalifa’s desk, tapping on her desk and casting her a smirk.

“Imma head out. You good?”

- moment before pulling out his phone to fiddle around.

It wasn’t hard to lose himself on social media and checking in all of the things he wanted to around town, snoop a bit in the more hidden parts of the internet.

Eventually it was time to get home and -

- a couple of times as he thought. He was so damn annoyed with Nami messing this shit up, he had no brain power for the rest of the crap he’s had on his list.

He didn’t want to ruin that date work Paulie.

Sighing as he returned to face his desk, he tapped his hands on the desk for a -

A soft nod was given in her direction before he went over to his desk and took a seat. He leaned back in it and yawned loudly as he made himself comfortable staring at the ceiling.

What a day.

What would he do to in the meantime?

With a spin of his chair, it circled -

“Well ~ perhaps we push everything except dinner with Paulie off until another day. We’ll go meet with Nami to ensure she’s on top of finding another fighter.”

It was such a shame the fighter died, not just for monetary purposes but he had really liked watching him. Definitely his favorite…would be hard to replace.

Taking the pills from her and the water, he took the medication and washed it down before handing the water back with a sigh.
