Ah that makes sense. I use multiple desktops too, but only my first one has multiple apps. All the others are a single full screen app. I’ve heard a lot of good things about Raycast, so might give it a go even though I don’t need it for your use case.

If you hover over the maximize button (green circle) you get a ton of options for that with Magnet. And if you press Command while hovering over the maximize button you get the built in option to move it to different displays.

This is great to see. Will there be an API endpoint for reading what the current trending topics are?

I just spent two days building an API to convert m3u8 files to mp4 files. All these cool things it does, and no one will ever know because it's an internal API for @everwall.com. But really really soon, thousands will be unknowingly using it, and millions will be seeing it. #worthit #buildinpublic

An interesting trend I’m seeing on Bluesky is being blocked by people that I don’t follow, and as far as I know have never followed me. Are any of you seeing the same thing?

I got to see Zach Williams, Mercy Me, and Toby Mac tonight in Oakland. It was a great show (3x seeing Toby Mac, so I know it always is), and if you like this kind of music I 100% recommend.

🙋‍♂️ Not very public about the stuff I build though. I need to get better at that.

Since the protocol is all open and another app maker could always tap into it and replicate it with an ad free app, I’m doubtful they’ll go heavy ads. I hope they go to a paid upgrades/features model instead.

Where’s the best place to find Starter Packs? I need to follow more founders, CEOs, and business people.

P.S. I agree, Bluesky feels like the early days of Twitter. I put it closer to 2008-2009 or so versus your 2010-2012 range, since the APIs are still evolving. Fun times.
