Oh, I buy a number of skin products, always have, but some of the things they have suggested to me over the years sound pretty scary. And, I’m already in my 7th decade so just trying to preserve things.

The people in this area are very much into a lot of expensive upkeep. When I go just for my skin cancer checkups, I feel like I’m being judged by all on my lack of interest in any of it. I did have some laser treatments for Moh’s scaring but that was it.
I managed to find 2 yesterday.
I can’t figure out how to do these.
I still like his voice, though.
I wish. At least Kristi and Pam are gone.
I haven’t done them for a few days. They looked annoying.
So here's the deal: I'm a professional writer and I don't think I could come up with an April Fools joke that is more outrageous than today's reality.
At the most inopportune times too.
Yes. Even after not doing hands on care for years. Recurrent ones: forgetting to document meds, hemodynamics, not being able to find my patients, reliving the deaths of several patients, having to repeat my BSN even with a PhD, preceptors who allowed students to do procedures they shouldn’t.
It must be a VA.

It does sound pretty exhausting.
Maybe tell the instructor that.
That’s too bad. Are there a lot of students in the class? Mine are usually smaller but I am intentional about interacting with everyone fairly often. While online education is convenient, it has a lot of problems.
Reminds me of elephant man movie. John Merrick.
Maybe not sleeping helps.

I love them but some stores here charge way too much.
Have 2 thoracic compression fractures at present. Finally got an appt for next week. Healthcare sucks.
As in Los Angeles or Louisiana? I’m thinking the former having lived there for 9 years when things were actually affordable.
They don’t seem to work very well.
I was fortunate as a child, adolescent, that I grew up in NYC so had buses, subways. No money for a car, let alone much of anything considered a luxury. We did get an old beat up one to visit my brother in the infamous Willowbrook later on. Severe IDD since birth.
All of them?
On a roll today.
