vollkommen d‘accord. was ich gemeint hab: oft ist es ja auch so, dass - selbst wenn es einem frei steht - es einen guten grund od. rahmen braucht, sich bewusst die zeit für ein langformat zu nehmen.

der standard hat, wie so viele andere medien, einen schlecht recherchierten apa/dpa-artikel übernommen und als clickbait verwendet und „das netz lacht“ mal wieder über unseren dummen nachbarn und ihre politiker. das hat mich gestört.

der änderungsantrag führt die definition einer gehgeschwindigkeit ein, die von praktischer bedeutung bei verstößen von regeln durch radfahrer oder benutzer anderer verkehrsmittel auf gehwegen ist.
