An email about the upcoming Netflix stuff started with, "Hi Ashley, I thought you might have known about it but wanted to make sure you didn't miss it."

She wanted to make sure I didn't miss it. 😭

We also email about books and give each other recommendations, talk about knitting patterns, and life.

It's so cute and sweet that whenever she sees or reads anything about BTS she thinks of me. She was excited that I got tickets. It simply warms my heart.

One of the retirees from work emails me every time she sees something BTS related. She emailed me about the tour, Netflix, when they were all home from enlistment.

She always starts by saying, "I'm sure you know but," and I just think it's so cute and lovely of her. 💜

That makes a lot of sense! It does make it easier to travel with when flying.

I did have a small hope that the base would be rechargeable but I'm not overly bothered that it isn't. I think it's great either way.

I'm not sure but maybe it's a logistical nightmare for them because every country probably has varying rules for shipping.

I'd still love to get my hands on a couple of the rechargeable lightstick batteries someday.

Weverse and my k-addy won't ship batteries to Canada. With the rechargeable lightstick battery, WV listed that it would only ship in South Korea and my k-addy has batteries listed under prohibited items.

That's great that those items shipped. But, Weverse Shop wouldn't or couldn't ship the rechargeable lightstick batteries to Canada or the US from the global shop. My k-addy also won't ship batteries and they're on the prohibited items list.

They won't allow for it to be shipped to Canada, unfortunately. I had hoped they might sell them at Hobi or Jin's tour for the US dates but they didn't have it there either. I have a k-addy but I haven't wanted to risk trying to have them ship one with other items in case it is sent back/rejected.

Batteries and rechargeable batteries are often on prohibited lists for shipping, especially internationally. Unfortunately, it's a logistics and safety hazard. As for the price, it's likely because they had to build tariffs into the price.

TM was AWFUL but we did it!
