Over the past six weeks I’ve been doing Morning Pages which is three pages of journaling each morning when you wake up, GAME CHANGER.

It’s like talking to a friend everyday & casually getting to know yourself more in depth.

I really like me! I’m healing & working through stuff, but I’m dope lol.

I really love creating but with so many different platforms & “tips” on how to grow, it became overwhelming.

Felt like ‘authenticity’ was a trend and folks are always trying to sale you something!

Finding ways to connect & engage was becoming a chore so I just creatively shut down completely.

I’ve been reading this book The Artist’s Way. It’s a 12 week creative workbook to help unlock your creativity.

I’ve been in a creative rut for damn near two years! Lacking inspiration, not confident in my own work, etc.

I’m 6 weeks in & last night had a creative breakthrough! I’m back baby. 🥹
