Like I have some of the. Coolest. Art mutuals ever but I feel like lack in the messaging area - a goal this year is to find ways to manage my anxiety/depression and rlly open up and be on top of things

I want to be better with interactin, messagin and being online again - like I was in 2k16/17 - but I just can’t seem to find the rhythm. I’m scared to interact, to trust in a stranger, convinced there’s some doom message. It’s gotten especially bad since the rainbow bs and falling out w a friend
