Watching this on repeat how is your day going?

This is what the government did with 120K+ Japanese Americans in 1942.
I know. I was there in those camps.
Mug with a pickle and a pierogi kissing.
I got the most beautiful mugs from #PittsburghPottery on Etsy and it is a beautiful, comfortable mug. 💖💖💖
Hot ones Season 21 screen shot, because I don't want to represent burning anus sensation any other ways.
The Internet asks:
"Why is 'spicy' the only thing my [anus] can taste?"
Buckle up folks, because your entire colon is lined with taste buds, or at least a close facsimile.
In fact, we find taste receptors throughout your digestive system, but not wired to your brain's 'gustatory areas,' thank god.
Just checked out @sarahkendzior.bsky.social’s “Hiding in Plain Sight” (2022) from local public library (via Libby). She’s the modern-day Cassandra:
That includes you White Women, especially in technology.
💯 I was in a Women in Tech Leadership program at Target shortly before the pandemic. All of that is getting scrapped. I’m glad I don’t work there anymore and took my skills to an org that is committed to DEI.
I found this lost project under my couch 🫠
The 10 stages of genocide was developed by Greg Stanton who said “Genocide is not committed by a small group of individuals, rather a large number of people and the state all contribute to genocide.” At each stage, action can be taken to prevent further escalation to genocide. The ten stages of genocide are: classification, symbolization, discrimination, dehumanization, organization, polarization, preparation, persecution, extermination, and denial The first stage, classification, involves the division of people into "us" and "them" based on perceived differences such as ethnicity, religion, or nationality. This creates a sense of superiority within the dominant group and dehumanizes the targeted group, laying the groundwork for further atrocities.. The next stages, symbolization and dehumanization, involve the assignment of labels and stereotypes to the targeted group that reinforce their inferior status in the eyes of the perpetrators. This can manifest in the form of hate symbols, propaganda, or incendiary speech that seeks to justify violence against the targeted group. These stages are often followed by organization, polarization, and preparation, where the perpetrators mobilize support for their genocidal campaign, by way of persecution, isolate and marginalize the targeted group, and plan and execute extermination of the members and finally denial of any crimes.
so we're between 8.5 and 10 now, right?
Yes, a vile white supremacist DEI opponent occupies the White House, but guess who won't be occupying a Target ever again? Me.
Well said! My company still has DEI today, but who knows after that. Shareholders >>> the world I guess. 💔💔💔
You fuckers are sleeping on Jupiter’s moons. I don’t want to ever hear one more person whine about Pluto if they can’t tell me a single fact about the in-every-way-superior Ganymede.
Our 2025 Infrastructure Plan invests in:
- Clean drinking water
- Modern infrastructure
- Public safety
- Safe and affordable housing
It’s a plan that will make Minnesota the best state to live and work.
Yummmmmmmmmmmmmmm
Damn, that is disheartening. 💔
Below-zero days like today remind us that nothing is more important than a home that is safe, stable, and affordable.
We’ve put historic funding into affordable housing, and I was proud to stand with advocates in the Capitol today who fight to make that a reality for all.
Inauguration Day is forecast to be unusually frigid cold in DC. Despite the anticipated idiotic remark from Trump (i.e. "where's all the global warming?"), here's why the unseasonable freeze will be PRECISELY due to global warming...

We braved the cold and the crowds for free day at Mill City Museum. These are the ruins after the flour mill caught fire a few times.
