Entscheidende Erkenntnis. Die vielen Diskussionsrunden zu #MachtmissbrauchAnUnis, Codes of Conduct und Absichtserklärungen sind gut gemeint, diesbezüglich aber evt sogar kontraproduktiv, denn sie suggerieren, die Unis hätten tatsächlich und systemisch Interesse daran, Machtmissbrauch aufzuklären.

Das haben sie aber nicht, solange das System (Drittmittel, große Namen, Netzwerke) weiter funktioniert. @leising.bsky.social hat sehr gut gezeigt, wie das Vertuschen der Institution nützen kann. Strukturelles Problem heißt auch: das System profitiert von den Strukturen hinter dem Machtmissbrauch.
