60minlkdt is good comic page practice. unfortunately an hour is such a short time to make a comic page lol. this week’s theme was nightmare!

dot in episode 8 of the dub makes me so insanely uncomfortable in particular. she deserves better than whatever the fuck TPCi is on

the change of making her frustrated/irritable/grouchy in the original to full on being angry and yelling at people way more often in the dub is genuinely so uncomfortable. i don't have much interest in the dub anyway but that completely prevents me from watching it. i hate it

i keep thinking about the hz dub because of the "season 2" announcement, and no shade to her VA i actually think dot's english VA is great, but i HATE how she's directed to act in the dub. i can't stand thinking about people not knowing what dot's actually supposed to be like

the dub’s quality in terms of voice acting is… fine i guess (that’s subjective, some people like it) but it’s moreso management/availability issues. and it sucks
