She could be an awful person or a staff person who has bills to pay. I initially Googled her and thought bad thoughts too. I just think we’d all be better off now by not jumping to conclusions about her and going after the higher up’s who are the root cause

My guess is the person who signed did not write that letter or make that decision…I would not have signed it but I also know that’s privilege speaking

Great points Carl. Always ❤️ learning from you. I think it’s worth noting (1) federal policies are what create the need for such high F&A and (2) universities need to think about ways to trim fat. A blanket overnight 15% approach is not the solution

It’s amazing how much energy is being expended to preserve critical scientific activities that we had all taken for granted through 1/19/25
