I've tried every version of Blender since then and nothing seems right 😭 I think it's more about taking extensive notes on how something was done, to make sure you won't make mistakes the next time

I think the thing that's got me specifically is *one* thing that Blender isn't doing the same way it did 3 years ago, and I can't immediately understand why it's doing it
