like shit, i haven’t streamed in awhile DUE TO THE FATIGUE. it’s so bad to scrounge up the remaining energy left in reserves to stream. i don’t want to end up pushing myself and have to end stream 30 minutes afterwards bc of being drained

i did some research on idiopathic hypersomnia and narcolepsy type 2 and it seems to overlap a lot with my symptoms, but i’ll see what they say regarding the sleep study. it would make things easier to know if i have something or if i’m just going crazy

i’m so tired of being tired and having to take naps all the time and sleep a lot

hoping to get a sleep study done to see if i have any underlying sleep disorder (been experiencing daytime sleepiness since i was 13, maybe younger)
