Does the media become “content” when it takes on ulterior motives? Does the person sharing become a “content creator” when the sharing becomes consistent or targets a specific audience? Food for thought. Or should I say content for consumption lol

When did every picture we take start getting labeled as “content”? Why is a picture not just a picture anymore? I’m not trying to be snide. Just genuinely meditating on the idea. Aren’t we all, in the proverbial and collective sense, content creators?
