My new Knee and hip exercises seem to be making pain worse rather than better .ive never had much luck with physio despite going into each new treatment session assuming it will help I’m always doing too much and having to dial back .At 60 I’ve the mobility of a 90 year old

In retrospect showing off to myself the range of motion of my new shoulder and pushing to do the one thing I was told was unlikely to happen by reaching up my back was not a brilliant idea .i think I’ve now got tendonitis at the muscle insertion point I’ll never learn to stop pushing my limits

Waiting for the rat man again I despair will we never live alone in this house .This time a mouse has been spotted in the sitting room and an elephant heard gallivanting in the attic .i convinced myself that the rodent I saw in the garden was a fluffy mouse while I know really it was a young rat

Just got cast as a batty old lady in Sand castles by Bob Larbey Ampthill and flitwick dramatic society’s summer show .im mainly acting the old women rolls now i never got the juvenile lead when i was younger then I mostly played young men ! Its a pure comedy roll that i will absolutely ham up

Anyone else sunburned ? Despite factor 50 this aging English rose was pretty pink last night .i wear face sunscreen all year as my mother had a melanoma but forgot my neck .sunshine battery topped up after 2 beautiful spring days I love spring so much
