Also there is a An-12 that has become a regular since March 12:th with 7 visits. Total of 13 for 2025 for comparison. Not sure what that is about.
Looking back at the data, arrival for the Il-20M is usually at the start of the week, during the morning or before lunch. But not this week.

Last week of military arrivals and departures from Kaliningrad, Russia (not tracked on FR24)
To note the Il-20M SIGINT arrived on Friday evening which is unusual.
Sorry, column letter was not visible in the screenshot. I meant column named "FR24/Adsbexchange"
These are all An-124 visits a year back.
Column J tells if it had Mode-S/ADS-B transponder on.
Military arrivals and departures to/from Kaliningrad, Russia.
To note perhaps few more passenger aircraft arrivals than usual. 3x Tu-154M, 1x Tu-134AK, 1x An-148. Previous period (10 days) only 1x Tu-154M
Also a An-124 (RF-82034) on the 24:th
Updates since last post in green.
Military traffic to/from Kaliningrad, Russia since my last post March 5:th.
The traffic has been quite high i would say.
(Due to life i was a bit behind for a week, but all traffic has now been checked)
RA-96019 left at 13:00 UTC for mainland Russia. No other traffic that could be connected to this visit.

"RA-96019 is a VIP military transport aircraft that is used to transport part members or state officials. It's is an IL-96-300PU. It also transports cargo such as vehicles or equipment needed for an event. This plane in particular was likely used to transport a motorcade or equipment"
RA-96019 Il-96-300PU arrived this afternoon around 16:00 UTC. Not much else in the hours before or after.
An-124 RA-82037 visited Kaliningrad this afternoon. A short stop and headed back just a few hours later. Mode-S/ADS-B transponder was active.
Updates since last post in green. See pastebin.com/m57symM8 for all data in the spreadsheet.
The Il-20M SIGINT aircraft left Kaliningrad for mainland Russia around 10:30 UTC, as usual on a friday.
Also this week a few Il-76:s, where one did its first visit (since i started tracking a year ago)
Todays military movements to/from Kaliningrad, Russia.
Just because i wrote yesterday that the Il-78 "Midas" tanker has not been seen, RF-94288 left Kaliningrad at around 16:00 UTC today. It arrived on February 8:th.
One Il-20M SIGINT aircraft arrived around 13:00 UTC
Military movements to/from Kaliningrad, Russia for the past week. Nothing spectacular to mention.
The Il-78 has not been heard leaving so presumably still there.
A couple of An-72:s and the Tu-154M did two runs.
Il-20M SIGINT aircraft arrived today at around 08:00UTC. Per usual it took a sweep to the southwest Baltic Sea. Multiple QRA:s met up and escorted. Landed around 10:00UTC
The Il-78 RF-94288 seems to be heading back to Kaliningrad from mainland Russia as we speak (with Tallinn ATC). QRA:s up.
Latest military movements to/from Kaliningrad, Russia.
To mention one Il-78M refueling tanker (RF-94288) came on Tuesday February 3:rd and seems to have left on Thursday. Surprisingly short visit that usually last for 1-2 weeks.
First visit 2026 from the SIGINT Il-20M that came from mainland Russia to Kaliningrad at around 08:00UTC today. Callsign 75291.
Several QRA:s visited for photo ops.
Happy and safe hunting to the QRA:s the coming week!
Sorry! I got the An-124 RF-82034 wrong in my last post, and had to re-check.
It arrived on the 12:th, left on the 13:th and came again today at lunch, and nothing else.

Not sure about the Be-200 on the 16:th. Have no traffic from that one but a fighter jet (c/s 20494) at the same time. Was the fighter jet escorting?
RF-85856 (Tu-154) arrived 26:th but stayed until 17:th January. A bit uncommon with such a long stay.

A while since i posted but all traffic has been accounted for. Fresh spreadsheet for 2026, same old planes.
It has been quite slow as the Russian Christmas takes place January 7:th.
To note RF-82034 (An-124) on the 13:th, and no sign of it leaving yet.
All tracking data that i have gathered during the year is available here pastebin.com/XyvXpnmK
Would say it contains almost of all military traffic to/from Kaliningrad that uses ATC. 78% of the traffic in the list is not visible on any trackers due to not using ADS-B/Mode-S
One An-124 (RF-82034) arrived yesterday to Kaliningrad, Russia at around 14:00UTC and left today at 08:30UTC.
"Black Pearl" (RF-12041/Tu-134-UBL) has been staying for a few days. Arrived on the 9:th, left yesterday the 15:th.
Neither aircraft visible on trackers. Identified via ATC radio traffic.
Lagging a bit behind due to life but all traffic to/from Kaliningrad, Russia has now been accounted for.
To note for the last week, Il-20M SIGINT visited, Black Pearl (RF-12041), and a bit more An-72:s than usual to mention a few.
Updates since last post in green.
One An-124 (RF-82034) arrived yesterday to Kaliningrad, Russia with a few other interesting aircraft belonging to FSB (RA-85084 and RA-61712). It left today at around 10:00UTC. In contrast to the other two, the An-124 was not visible on any tracker, only identified via Vilnius ATC radio traffic.
Caught up with a few days of backlog traffic. To mention a few more civil Il-76 visits. The Il-20M SIGINT aircraft left home on Friday the 28:th and has not been seen this week.
A civil An-26B (LTS9601/RA-26130) visited from the company "Letnye Proverki I Sistemy" for airport calibration flights.
Is this what the Russian "Black Pearl" Tu-134 UBL (RF-12041) has been doing? Escorting new assets to Kaliningrad?
