I just finished listening to Warhawk by Chris Wraight, another fantastic book by him. This is a great example of how well he just 'gets' both the White Scars and the Death Guard, as shown by both the passage with Jaghathai and Mortarion meeting, and Caipha Morag and his doubts about Nurgles blessing

It does feel a bit shit, however, to have done so badly. The next YCS in Europe is in Bologna, this December, which I won't be able to make. Hopefully, there's another scheduled for early next year. The plan is to really apply myself, maybe even take up some coaching, and seriously improve.

So I went to my first YCS at the end of September and got absolutely trounced, didn't win a match. BUT I had a load of fun
