😂😂😂 it’s honestly the weirdest bulb I’ve planted to date! I think I had to soak the twig in a bucket or something for a while so it would take too. I opted for buying a potted one from sainsbo last year when I wanted another as it saved the stick logistics! 😂
I did this in 2020. Said stick and a lot of patience and it’ll eventually bloom. It took a few years to get going and they go dormant for a year if you plan on potting it/moving it at any point but they’re so pretty!
Lots of chocolate, little trip away for some fresh air. Did some gardening. A real wholesome and enjoyably boring Easter.
Ended up being outbid by developers. Fingers crossed they’re never granted permission to turn the fields around the cottage into a housing estate.
With the benefit of hindsight as a girly who loves Deliveroo jumping to so rural I didn’t even have a mains water supply would’ve been an adjustment.

In the darkest moments last year I seriously wondered if the pain was ever going to end or be worth it, but every operation and round of treatment was worth it to get to enjoy slow Sundays like today.

Finished treatment (for now) and slowly getting back to normality. Got some holidays and trips planned to distract myself as I’ve such awful anxiety every twinge is a sign it’s silently spreading but I’ll feel better once I’ve had a few clear follow ups hopefully. Hope you’re all well? x
