I've a call tomorrow. The only acceptable outcome for me is; yes, we IKEA agreed to install. We will arrange an installer.

Anything less than this, and I'm taking it further. I can't be waiting around months for somewhere else to design a kitchen (that would also be way out of budget)

Unfortunately, we are pretty locked in. Kitchen needs to go in so we can move in. Given that it's taken a while to get this kitchen designed, I can't imagine it would be any shorter than 6 months to start from scratch elsewhere
