My husband broke one of my toddler’s crayons five months ago and she has not missed an opportunity to remind him of it. The other day she found a broken crayon at the pediatrician’s office and asked me “did Papa breaked this crayon?”

I held up my hand to try to cover toddler’s mouth while she was coughing and she high-fived me. Not sure if this is a parenting fail or a parenting win.

My almost-three-year-old was playing doctor by herself the other day and I overheard her saying “oh, I’m not the nurse, I’m just a doctor”

Today my toddler is having a full-on meltdown because her wipe won’t stay flat while she’s wiping her hands with it.

One thing they don’t tell you about having multiple miscarriages is that the anxiety in subsequent pregnancies doesn’t necessarily go away after the baby is born. My second daughter is 11 weeks old and I am still having nightmares about pregnancy complications.
