MAGA has stopped being a political movement and started acting like a cult. Blind loyalty to one man, no matter what he says or does, isn’t patriotism — it’s idolatry. And the irony? Many of these same people claim to follow a faith that condemns worshipping false idols.

A mindset marked by such blind fanaticism that it renders the individual incapable of critical thought, self-reflection, or empathy. Characterized by the compulsive need to follow a strongman, suppress dissent, and justify cruelty as virtue.
