Suddenly, at 5:17 PM EDT 4/11/2026, all Radio Habana Cuba (RHC) shortwave stations stopped transmitting. Several hours later a weak 11760 kHz was briefly heard, but nearby signal via 11780 kHz, RN da Amazonia filled in airwaves. Likely another Cuba-wide Island power outage. #cuba
