They want to focus on corruption! What better way?

It was all there to be seen if only people had looked.

Of all the things we will have to rebuild, this will take the longest. A great tree can take a century. Meanwhile we will choke on the air that lost tree would have cleansed.

Can we even survive 12-16 more months of this?

If we survive this administration, it will take years to fix some things, decades for some. But trees. Whole ecosystems. We are talking a century or more.

Don't discount folks who follow and read but don't "like" posts. So many posts I read and respect are making points I agree with but find it hard to actually like. It's a dilemma. We need another option.

That's exactly right, they are thoroughly destroying everything good in this country. Among the many things that freak me out, I am terribly worried about what they will do to our forests. 😢

Oh it takes me back! We watched all the launches 50 years ago, the whole country stopped to watch, to hold our collective breath, to celebrate, to feel pride in our country's achievements. Kennedy said we would go to the moon precisely because it was hard. It was. And we did.
