I was looking for something to watch the other day and when I saw a thumbnail for their game I said “Ew why are they orange?” They’re supposed to be teal.

Ok but hear me out, she shouldn’t have to be door dashing to afford his treatment. We need universal coverage.
I think you should also get to name the trial.
Sir.
A stack of papers with the title page reading “Depression as a risk factor for obesity and weight gain among people with HIV: A retrospective study. A dissertation” and the OP’s information.
3 more days until my defense.
He’s looking a little scraggly with that molting but he’s still so adorable and tiny.
I think that what I like most about my bird feeder is that it’s made me reconnect with nature in a small way.
It’s also something silly that helps distract me from ***gestures broadly***
A white bull terrier with a black left ear holding a stuffed cactus in his mouth.
I rarely prescribe Paroxetine. I have maybe 2-3 patients on it.
The possibility of rebound hypertension with Clonidine scares me. I’ve never written for it.
That combination has been magic for this dog.
Two booths labeled “Talk Box” with a small desk and chair inside. The booths are to be used when making a phone call. Photo from the hotel Instagram.
I stayed at the Westin at the Denver airport this weekend. They brought back phone booths. We’ve come full circle.
He might take one for you too, only if there are a few rounds of fetch when he recovers.
I am trying to teach Walter how to jump a hurdle. He’s gets it about 50% of the time. He can easily clear the fire pit.
This is one of my favorites. Since birds are dinosaurs her flying in and vocalizing at the others until they leave made me think of a tiny T. Rex.
A Carolina wren has been building a nest in one of the nest boxes. This was the second time one of the sparrows was at the entrance.
Last year I bought a bird feeder with a camera to feed the cardinals. Now I have multiple feeders, nest boxes and cameras. I am very into making little music videos with the birds. I have to say, middle age is great.
I would love it if other providers stopped writing for once daily Losartan and either dosed it twice a day or used another ARB.
“Celebrate PA Week” written in real and white on a navy background with teal, white, orange confetti. There is an orange banner with the dates October 6-12. #PAsgobeyond
Happy PA Week to my PA colleagues and friends!

Cutting funding for HIV treatment and prevention is short sighted and will reverse progress that has been achieved through decades of consistent funding and prioritization. We cannot allow this to happen.

That was going to be my question. I’ve accidentally signed PA-C on non-work docs.

I don't know whether this has been discussed by anyone yet, but the meta-analysis that claims to find a relationship between acetaminophen and autism: ehjournal.biomedcentral.com/articles/10....
Here's how it reported the results for the largest study. This study carries massive weight...
A PA friend looked into it and said it was hard to find jobs that would hire American PAs. She’s going to New Zealand next month. There are apparently a lot of PA opportunities there.
I saw a post awhile back that said maybe we all died during COVID and now we’re in Hell. I am starting to agree.
I always thought it was because of the tornados (hence the name storm door). We don’t really get them there I’m at now. I just hated the idea of opening the door for someone and there’s no barrier there.
We had them growing up in Michigan. My house in Texas didn’t have them (or screens on the windows) so we installed them.
That makes sense. I was actually just talking to my dog trainer about how there’s not a big difference between 2-3 dogs but when you get to 4 it feels like you have 8. I would imagine it’s the same with kids, maybe worse?
An MRI image of the cervical spine showed a large disc protrusion severely narrowing the right C5 neural foramen.
I appreciate the Radiologist’s use of the arrow but I think even I could see that defect without it 😯
My PA classmates and I are hitting the 11 year mark and a lot of us are talking about getting out of clinical practice.
It is so disappointing that in the year 2025, a physician would ask if I get nervous working with people living with HIV.
