There is No Scientific Justification to Revoke the Endangerment Finding The U.S. EPA's decision to repeal the Endangerment Finding will limit the government's ability to regulate emissions of carbon dioxide and other greenhouse gases under the Clean Air Act.

As I say here, there is no scientific justification to revoke the engagement finding. In fact, over the last 15+ yrs, the evidence of how climate change affects our health has only grown. Higher risk of allergies, dementia, fertility, heart disease, and death: that’s what’s on the line. @nature.org

Yesterday, clean energy advocates gathered for a press event to speak to the concerns and consequences that would follow if Governor McKee’s FY27 budget was passed as it stands today. Renewables are not to blame for our states high utility bills. Clean energy is affordable energy.

Governor McKee goes all in on fossil fuels with executive order [possibly] delaying renewable energy and plastic industry CEOs standing behind him "...my administration supports an all-of-the-above energy strategy that includes offshore wind, nuclear power, natural gas, and hydropower,' said Governor McKee in 2025.

TODAY — McKee is announcing he is going all in on fossil fuels. At 11:30 today he will be joined by plastics CEOs to double down on his proposed FY27 budget that vilifies renewables and ignores that dependence on gas is the cause of sky-high energy bills.
