Yes! For all the points made, planning public transport, making sure you catch the support and not standing around for ages. Also hard to judge when to arrive for smaller venues where the gigs might be being put on by the artists and vary wildly (been caught out arriving too late and too early)

Gojira I'd choose Flying Whales, Backbone (or anything off From Mars to Sirius generally), Mea Culpa (the one they played at the Olympics) and Space Time for a deep cut
Recon Lamb of God will be playing stuff from Ashes of the Wake since it was the 20th anniversary last year, so would go with Laid to Rest and Blood of the Scribe from that album, 11th Hour or Ruin for something earlier, and Engage the Fear Machine for something more reccent
