You’re so right. @majnouna.com has such an extraordinary level of insight! I could listen to her talk about Doctor Who for hours. We’ll reserve the basic section of the bus - as long as it’s not the back row. I’m nowhere near cool enough for the back seat!

It was my mum and dad that started my subscription to DWM. Must have been 1991/92? They hid my first issue inside the local rag and said there was an interview about Doctor Who inside - and there it was. I used to love going to the newsagent demanding next month’s instalment.
Yes the sunny climes of Tenerife. Not quite Lanzarote but I did see a building yesterday in Santa Cruz that a guide told me was featured in a Who episode. I narrowed it down to the location where the Timeless Child was found by Tecteun (I think!. In reality it’s the city’s auditorium!

Just finished listening to this on the beach (oh the hardship!). Got some very odd looks as I was cackling along to some of the comments. Enormous fun if you haven’t already listened!
I’ve a soft spot for the 80s design but the originals are a close second. The Cybus era were just marauding robots and missed the body horror. I quite like the redesign for Jodie’s era but they still felt too robotic.
I still am not over the 50/50 question that I got wrong!

Having just watched Caves of Androzani Behind the Sofa on the S21 collection set, I feel immensely thankful for Colin Baker who, despite being treated appallingly by the BBC, clearly has so much love for his time on Doctor Who. That’s the power of this programme!
