Much better now after a full night of sleep, it doesn't feel like I'm drunk/dreaming anymore. The arm block wore off tho so i am FEELIN it. At least my eyes match again 🤷

compliucations from surgery had to go to ER for bleeding, im ok now tho 👍 nalso my pupils are different size like davidbowie for awhile lol 😵‍💫

been doing xrays and ct scans the past few weeks. surgery is on monday to put my elbow back together. or 90%+ back to normal at least lol. just looking forward to being out of a splint tbh

I've never had a surgery before :( it's starting around noon (earliest I could get) so at least it'll just be waiting thru the morning and not a longer fast

pretty sure i keep feeling my loose bone shard poking around inside my arm a little bit soo thats just about the most unsettling thing ive ever felt in my life

surgery has been officially scheduled for Monday since we couldn't get a ct scan done yet. I have to fast for 8 hours before- no food or water 😭

im having surgery this week so until then im doing my best to dissociate and pretend my arm doesnt exist at all 👽✌️

they gave me the good drugs 🤩 which is nice bc breaking a funny bone is NOT funny

cant believe it - i broke my arm trying to stop for an ambulance that was speeding thru a red light, i skid out on the loose gravel with my bike 😭🦴 ive never broken a bone, im learning to do everything 1 handed. luckily it was my left so I'm trying to find a comfy way to draw the next few weeks

time for my week+ off work n tatt stuff :D been looking forward to this, its too hard working on projects like 20 mins at a time between juggling so many different things. gonna lock in for a while on these late projects, see ya on the other side 🤞

i'm such a pushover when it comes to covering for coworkers i recently worked 2 weeks of full days with like 1 day off lmao i gotta grow a spine and be ok with saying no or i'll never get anything done and disappoint more ppl

talked to the boss about taking time off bc of juggling art/tattoo/chronic illness/job/*gestures at everything* so I'll be taking a week and a half straight off each month no covering everyones shifts starting now to have a reliable chunk of time to get things done & posted rather than randomly 😭

all went well and i dont have to go back again for almost 2 weeks 🙌 now my hands can stop shaking to get some work done lol
