In Edinburgh for a few days and popped by Spottiswoode Street, where the Indian revolutionary Pandurang Mahadev Bapat lived in 1904. Briefly involved with India House in London, Bapat moved to Paris in 1906 and was involved with the Russian revolutionary Nicolas Safranski.
