CBO: Pell Grant Facing $11.5B Shortfall If Congress doesn’t add money to the Federal Student Aid account by Sept. 30, students could face dramatic grant cuts or eligibility restrictions.

New data from the Congressional Budget Office shows the #PellGrant program could face an $11.5B shortfall by FY27.
