Digimontcg Locals Report! I brought Royal Base since I finally have all my pieces.
R1- Lost to puppets
R2 - Won against Garuru (yeah a real garurumon deck!)
R3 - Won against "Green Ranger" (Meruki + Leopard)
I have a HARD time into puppets, I've lost that match-up every time!
Anyone have advice? 🤔

The Lesson of the night is that if I want to use the control variant of the bees, I should probably run 2 of the old winner. The deck is great at putting bees into sec, but getting them back out can be tough.

The Royal Base - Invisimon match up is HILARIOUS. Both decks gain value from security being flipped up, so both decks hit full power in 2 turns. Interactions like this are what make TCG so fun! My opponent and I were laughing the entire game.

Magnetic dragon was strange! they blew me out game 1, and game 2 they bricked hard. we didn't have time a round game 3.

The new Digimon TCG banlist is here! Shakuomon got hit which we all wanted, and the dark animal engine is finally being taken to the dog park in the sky ❤️

What matchups did you have? I’ve been kinda worried to try creepymon cause I know millennium is pretty strong atm and it LOOOOOOVES having cards in the trash.

Personally, I think that if megneticdramon and medusamon (doubtful) both get hit, royal base will run rampant as the 2 decks that trash security will be weaker.

We've been hearing that games are getting good again, we're on our way to fix that! This Friday get ready for a new serving of stupid video game ideas. If you want in on this venture, you better say your stupidest idea now!

I also think that pair banning is a bad fix. Digimon is an eternal format, so cards that have issues that result in a pair ban WILL come up again. I feel that Koh and Sayo proved that. Taomon and Mother Reaper are going to cause problems again.
