We met with a group of secondary teachers that will be piloting a program that will help house our evidence based grading! Great group of teacher leaders! #FPSProud

The fact that North Dakota is still grappling with a lack of women in top higher education leadership positions is deeply disappointing. It highlights the persistent gender inequities in leadership roles despite years of discussions about diversity and inclusion. It’s unacceptable.

Thursday’s Principal PLC+ sessions showcased promising strategies like small groups, CFA-driven reteaching, and collaboration. With targeted training, trust-building, and aligned tools, we’re on the path to closing proficiency gaps and achieving impactful growth! #PLCeffectiveness #FPSProud
