The version of me in the picture on the left ended up in the ER 5 days after this was taken for an obesity related heart condition. The version on the right just got out of the shower after running a 5k in 26 minutes.

It’s amazing how small changes over a long time can make some pretty big changes. It’s also amazing how many changes I need in a small amount of time. Keep on getting healthier, keep on peeking.

All I’m imagining is a junk bunk full of diapers, or half of a bay, or a section of the trailer labeled “stays on trailer” so it doesn’t get loaded in with merch 😂
