It's because it's upside down

For what it's worth, I own a small business, we paid a ton (for us) in tariffs and didn't raise our prices.
I agree with the sentiment, just think it's worth clarifying that it's not universally true.
I thought about dragging the pool loungers out of the garage and onto the pool deck, so.....

Everyone's second-favorite beer, at least.
I took a perfectly fine sip of Bud Light while reading this
The only reason to entertain anything contrary to you being exactly right is self preservation tends to lead the day.

I have tickets and am really hoping I can convert that in to a 10-day
This is a good take. Want to join me on my podcast to talk it through?
Is that TODAY? I didn't even get my galoshes back from the dry cleaner.
I'm so sorry. I hope you can find some peace in his memory. He looks like the best boy.

Several versions of this headline. Not a surprise exports are down, small businesses screaming about this since April.
Several people in my industry went out of business as a result of tariffs. This kind of reporting is asinine. Put blame where it belongs.

I hope the national guard is prepared for all the scared white people they're going to find when they get here
And yet these stupid motherfuckers started taking money away from small businesses like mine - that could have gone to build factories - with tariffs that were enacted by the snap of a finger.
We've let one person go and won't hire two we had planned because of this.

I'm listening to a professional development book that's centered on the two types of thinking (i.e. short burst intuitive vs. longer-term considerate logic) and it's mentioned several times that 7 minutes is about the upper limit most people can engage sustained thought.

Why, as someone who is not a doctor or scientist and has a documented history of heroine use and brain worms, do you feel qualified to make decisions regarding vaccines and other important medical treatments for more than 330 million people?

But Ja would last three weeks playing 46 minutes per game
I don't think salaries of drafted players should count toward luxury tax penalties.
There should be a salary cap and floor based on the averages teams pay to signed players.
Penalties should be lobbied against that, but drafted player money should have no cap or penalty.
