Is it any wonder why a nationwide backlash against AI data centers is brewing?

How can they strike it down AFTER an election? They tried to block it from getting to election and were twice shut down by the Virginia Supreme Court. Delay tactic..not like the Virginia Supreme Court is gonna change its mind. Must fast track the appeal b/f midterms.
