I agree with @ajaxatax.bsky.social It looks like there's enough contrast. Did you a bigger swatch with those 2 together? It can (usually) be hard to tell how well they play together after only a couple rows. Ultimately, though, it's your sweater and you should do what feels right to you.

2 socks. On the left, an unblocked Monkey Sock knit in very colorful Lion Brand Sock-Ease in color Mai Tai. On the right is a half completed textured sock in Patons Kroy Sock in a greige color.

A tale of 2 socks. Left (unblocked), 1st of pair for me. Paused 2nd sock to start on gift socks for family member who only likes neutrals. Details in alt text.

Looks like a cuff down vanilla sock with eye of partridge heel on magic loop, Addi needles if I'm not mistaken. That's my preferred method as well.

It was probably picked up because of the yarn ball and the word "knitter", just like this reply will be

While I got more substantial information in this excellent episode, must say I was delighted to learn Molly is a knitter 🧢 Am I the only person who didn't know this?

I love Leading Men yarns! Such terrific colors! I'm knitting a MTI hat in the Red-Handed colorway, Box Office base.

How did you learn this technique? I'm fascinated by it! Haven't mastered continental because I struggle with tension so I just keep on throwing πŸ™ƒ

I remember in the late 90s-early 2000s when there was an explosion of novelty yarns that hit the market. We made skinny scarves out of this one. Eyelash yarn had a moment then as well IIRC

A trick I picked up along the way, "I'll be RIGHT BACK"

if you want a right leaning cable, stitches are held to the back of your work.

Have never heard anything so catchy for a left leaning cable. Whatevs πŸ€·πŸ»β€β™€οΈπŸ˜„

Tragic indeed but so beautiful!

Did you swatch? Have learned the hard way too many times on wearables. Guage swatches are a must, or live with the consequences.

Had to turn the sound down so I could figure out your stitch pattern πŸ€”

K1, P1. Next row K1, sl1?

Please share details! It's gorgeous and your color selection is spot on!

Ok but Leqembi doesn't have to be give via a port. Why the hands as opposed to venous access a little higher up the arm? I don't get it.

3 months ago 1 0 1 0

Yes! If not a port then at least somewhere higher up that would be covered by sleeves. Why the hands?! Are those his only suitable veins?
