Despite everything, I submitted a talk proposal to the Blender Conference in Austin. I have been fairly radicalized over the past ten years, so I doubt they'll accept it. We shall see if they want to hear 'Fight the Fascists with FOSS' ... in Texas. #blender

I've been living at St. Jude for the past few weeks while my son is in therapy. I met other synth dads whose kids are in proton radiation therapy and we've started jamming together. We named the group Proton Beam. We're awful and it's awesome. I mainly do the visuals. The lion was Oliver's idea.

I've been making new work from the spaces here at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital where we've been living while my son undergoes treatment. The full work will be at the upcoming faculty show at Czurles Nelson Gallery on Buffalo State's campus starting next week. It's also on my website.

RJ is absolutely right here, I would add that concept artists more often than not serve as the filter for reference going into the project. We build reference libraries and understandings of an exceptionally diverse range of information and how that relates to the project.
